You can practice Yoga Online with me from the comfort and safety of your home.<\/p>\n
I teach yoga online in an easy and accessible way for everyone. My approach as a Yoga Coach allows me to have total personalized attention with the student. I can be more attentive to the corrections, adjustments, or postures that are most necessary for each person\u2014ideal for beginners.<\/p>\n

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF AN ONLINE YOGA CLASS<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
PRANAYAMA<\/p>\n
We will start with a breathing exercise or “Pranayama” to prepare the body and mind for a conscious practice.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
ASANAS<\/p>\n
We will perform a sequence of asanas or postures. Each position works on muscles, bones, joints, and the mind.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
RELAXATION<\/p>\n
We finish with relaxation or guided meditation to calm the mind and body.<\/p>\n
