Ingredients 1 cup apple cider 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar ⅓ cup olive oil 1 T Honey 1 tablespoon shallot – finely chopped 1 clove garlic minced 2 teaspoons dijon mustard ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme ¼ teaspoon black pepper Instructions Boil apple cider for 10-15 minutes, or until it’s reduced to between ½ cup and ⅓ cup
