To facilitate scooping for operators, the door holds itself open, and it is insulated with foam to retain cold air and slow the melting process. A scoop holder inside the bin keeps the scoop out of ice, preventing contamination from hand contact. The bin is stabilized since it has four adjustable legs, and its exterior resists corrosion with a stainless like finish. Note:
