SHAKING OUT SEAWEED Moose ornament Designed and made in FairbanksLimited edition print signed and numbered by Rie Munoz Edition size: 550 Image size: 6 7 8" x 8 1 2" Artist's description: Fishing at the mouth of the East River near Yakutat is a great location for salmon but it has one major drawback. The ocean currents deposit a lot of seaweed, which gets caught in the nets; that tips off the fish that swim around the otherwise invisible net. Here a commercial fisher is shaking out the seaweed.
