Robert Herder 1922 Chef's Knife Large - Carbon Scent The left room is emptyTrue to their original knife the 1922 series by Robert Herder is die forged with a small bolster in the dry fine grinding method and blue glazed by hand. The blade is made of high grade non stainless carbon steel which has been hardened to 60 HRC. Carved from plum wood the smooth handle fits firmly in the hand. The blades on the 1922 series are sharpened very thin therefore enabling the finest of cuts without resistance. A masterclass in performance.
